DocuWare Printer

With DocuWare Printer, you can easily archive your documents using the print function from within other applications such as ERP.

DocuWare Printer allows you to quickly save documents to DocuWare from almost any application simply by using the print command. Simply select DocuWare Printer from the “Print” window of any application.

During printing, the DocuWare printer creates a PDF of the document and places it in your digital document tray or directly in the file cabinet. For standard documents, such as outgoing invoices, quotes or cost estimates, the document indexes are read directly from the document – this means that your documents can be archived completely automatically!
